A cozy, inspiring setting for creatives to teach, showcase, and connect through their work. For the photographer who wants to host mini sessions, the content creator or local artists looking to host workshops.

A charming brunch experience featuring Bradley's Good Morning Granola ($50 value). Perfect for baby and bridal showers or celebrating milestones and is created for those who enjoy lingering longer and soaking up time with loved ones.

Frequently Asked Questions:

The event space is open Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 am to 6:30 pm (last booking time). All events will need to be ended by 9:00 pm.

We accommodate special occasion showers, private parties, guest speakers and events, corporate trainings, and local artists.

We have seating for 26 people at the 2 banquet tables for a sit down meal or corporate training. We also have a velvet couch that can fit 3 people as well as 4 other sitting chairs.

We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance for prime dates, but we accommodate last-minute bookings if available. When needed, we may be able to book up to a year in advance.

No, at this time. We require the space to be paid in full at the time of booking.

We do not offer any catering services internally but have a preferred vendor list that includes charcuterie boards, bakeries, and restaurants. Chocolate from outside vendors is not allowed.

Our rental includes: 

  • (2) large banquet tables with chairs that fit 13 people each.
  • A velvet couch that can fit up to 3 people and (4) other sitting chairs.

As stated in our venue contract, "a client may serve alcoholic beverages to guests at the Event subject to the terms of the contract. The client acknowledges full responsibility for the proper and lawful consumption and distribution of all alcoholic beverages at the Event Space for the duration of the Event.

Client is not permitted to sell alcohol or tickets that may include (or advertised to include) alcohol. All remaining alcohol and any bottles or vessels must be removed from the Linger and Bradley's Gift and Home property after the Event and cannot be disposed of in the dumpsters. The Linger host, employed by Linger is not allowed to serve alcohol during the Event.

Identification and proof of age shall be requested from all guests as provided by law. Linger reserves the right to remove alcoholic beverages from any guest at its discretion. The client agrees to fully cooperate and assist in enforcing the laws of the State of Tennessee in regard to the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Linger assumes no responsibility or liability with respect to the provision or consumption of any alcoholic beverages served at the Event Space."
