GENERAL SHOP QUESTIONS

Bradley's accepts all donation requests via email at hello@shopbradleys.com. We do not complete donations for school sponsorships.

Our shop is not a certified gluten free / allergen free facility. There is risk for cross contamination and if you or someone you know has an allergy, we do not recommend our chocolate.

We are always accepting applications. If you are 18+ years old, you can visit our career page and complete an application.

Returns & refunds

You can return items that are in their original packaging and aren't worn within 14 days to receive a full refund by your original method of payment.

Final sale items, furniture, lamps, gourmet foods, and chocolate cannot be returned.

Our current policy allows returns up to 14 days.

Unfortunately, we do not return gourmet foods or chocolate. We recommend that you gift it to someone.

GIFTING & COPORATE ORDERING

We have multiple ways that we can help you build a custom gift basket.

Have an idea what you'd like? You can choose the items in store or browse online and add a gift basket to your cart. We will wrap it up for you and it can be picked up at your convenience.

Need some help? If you would like us to put together a collection for you, you can fill out the "Order a Custom Gift Basket" form on our website, call us at 865-694-0400, or stop by the shop to get help.

We would love to make celebrating your staff and clients easy and can ship at a frequency that works for you.

Yes! We use Tomric, a chocolate molds company to create all of our molds. You will create a custom mold based on your logo with Tomric, then you can either have it shipped directly to us or bring it to Bradley's to have it poured.

Prices will be determined once we are able to pour the chocolate mold.

Please submit your orders by email to orders@shopbradleys.com. For orders over 25, please use an excel spreadsheet for recipients name, mailing address, and gift.

All Christmas order requests can be emailed to orders@shopbradleys.com

We recommend placing your holiday orders by November 18th for the best guaranteed selection.

We offer our best value all the time and do not extend discounts for bulk orders.
