Part-time & Full-time | Biddle & N.Peters

Team Lead

Prior leadership experience required with open availability Monday-Saturday, 9:30 am to 8:00 pm and ability to work 2-3 Saturdays a month. Part-time position requires a minimum of 32 hours a week.

  • Guides, leads, and mentors gift specialists to help them be successful and reach store goals.
  • Excels in customer service, maximizes sales, and can confidently resolve a problem at the register.
  • Responsible for leading the opening and closing of the store.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and determine priorities while displaying excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Assists with trainings and special events.
  • Curates and assembles beautiful gifts for guests.
  • Supports the general manager in all tasks necessary regarding the general operations of the store.

Full Time

Inventory Specialist

We're looking for an organized, detail-loving professional who thrives behind the scenes and who has a heart to serve others.

Areas of Focus:

  • Ownership of Inventory Management
  • Administrative and Data Entry
  • Stockroom Organization
  • Retail buying and margins

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect and process incoming inventory with careful attention to detail and quality.
  • Enter product data into Shopify, ensuring complete, accurate and consistent records.
  • Check for damages or discrepancies and follow established procedures for reporting and resolution.
  • Identify receiving priorities as shipments arrive
  • Maintain clean, organized stockroom operations and follow established procedures
  • Understand vendor differences and retail margins while following the appropriate steps for each brand.
  • Pack and prepare online orders, corporate orders, and gift baskets with care and attention to presentation
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate quantities throughout the year.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally, providing helpful and accurate information.
  • Support the gift specialists and leadership while working primarily behind the scenes

Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years of inventory management experience in a retail setting
  • Proficiency with Shopify e-commerce, Google Workspace, Asana and Slack
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
