Part-time | Biddle & N.Peters
Seasonal Positions
We are looking for seasonal gift specialists (until Valentine's Day) and those who would love to grow with our company. We are now considering mature and professional high schoolers who are 16 - 18 years old and are looking for a part-time position with availability from 3:00 - 8:00 PM.
Gift Specialists
Currently looking for team members with open availability Monday-Saturday. We do not hire for summer time positions.
- Intentionally connects with our guests to create conversational moments, builds relationships, and creates guest loyalty by asking their names, introducing yourself, and having meaningful conversations.
- Provides our guests with an excellent Bradley’s experience by anticipating their needs, exceeding expectations, and sharing product knowledge.
- Curates and assembles beautiful gifts for guests using our brand standards as a guide.
- Maintains Bradley’s standards for creating a beautiful and organized space.

- Ability to be on your feet eight hours a day and lift at least 25-30 lbs

Full-Time
We are looking for a hardworking and kind professional to run our inventory and orders at our N. Peters location. This is a full-time position, the ideal candidate would have availability Monday-Friday 9:30-6:15.
Inventory Specialist at N.Peters
Currently looking for full-time (35-40 hours), Monday through Friday.
- Receive and process shipments, ensuring efficient organization and preparation of the new items for the sales floor.
- Accurately enter chocolate inventory into system with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Inspect all incoming deliveries to verify accuracy against purchase orders, and promptly identify and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Establish and maintain a clean, organized and functional stockroom environment.
- Packages and prepares orders to be shipped and writes customer messages with neat handwriting.
- Ownership of corporate orders, gift baskets, answering phones, and following through with intention.
- Initiate and complete product transfers in Shopify and chocolate or other inventory as needed.
- Manage the physical transfer of products, including pickups from storage or other company locations.
- Effective and collaborative communication skills using Slack.
- Packages and prepares orders to be shipped and writes customer messages with neat handwriting.
- Ownership of corporate orders, gift baskets, answering phones, and following through with intention.

Visual merchandiser
The ideal candidate should have prior retail experience in visual merchandising and looking to grow and develop creatively. We are looking for individuals who want to learn product storytelling and create an inspiring guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the GM to create compelling visual displays that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and seasonal themes without the use of corporate planograms.
- Tells a story with products through styling, vignettes, and thoughtful placement—both in-store and for promotional events.
- Refreshes displays regularly to highlight new arrivals, bestsellers, and promotional items
- Keeps store layout clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Provides our guests with an excellent Bradley’s experience by anticipating their needs, exceeding expectations, and sharing product knowledge.
- Offers a shopping basket and unload someone’s arms and ask if they would like you to hold items for them at the register.
- Make eye contact and check in every time you walk within 6’ of someone.
- Curates and assembles beautiful gifts for guests using our brand standards as a guide.

Chocolate team member
- Works collaboratively with other team members to create, package, and distribute our signature chocolates while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Responsible for learning recipes and ensuring consistency amongst all products while understanding a basic knowledge of chocolate.
- Willingness to serve others well.
- Ability to follow established procedures for maintaining hygiene and ensuring accurate labeling of products.
- Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs and stand during shift.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 PM. We are looking to hire a full-time team member and an individual for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
